The iTeraCare Device is simple to use, just point and blow on the area of the body you are working on however there are a few important points to understand…
- Drink charged water before & after every session
- Go slow, don’t overdo it, short bursts regularly to begin with before moving onto longer sessions
- Wait 4 hours between each session
- If you are sensitive or want to minimise detox effects start by only drinking the charged water. You can charge a glass of water (through the glass or directly onto the water) for about 45 seconds… for a litre bottle, I charge for 2-3mins. Drink the water all day every day and move on to using the device on your body (for short bursts at first) once you feel comfortable doing so and you’re not experiencing any detox effects.
- The frequency penetrates up to 11 inches deep into the body so you can use it from the front to treat the back, spine, top of head etc…
- DO NOT DROP THE ITERACARE WAND – it is very delicate and lined with a crystal tube
